By accessing or using ContentMonetiz (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer any part of the Service, including segmentation algorithms, embedding models, or API endpoints
• Scrape or automate access to the Service without explicit written permission
• Remove or modify watermarks from generated content
• Circumvent rate limiting or security measures
• Share or resell access to the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ContentMonetiz, including but not limited to:

• Segmentation and embedding algorithms
• User interface and design
• API structure and documentation
• Branding and trademarks

are owned by ContentMonetiz and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Usage Limits & Fair Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate fair use policies or engage in automated/excessive usage without prior agreement.

5. API Access

If granted API access, you agree to:

• Respect rate limits (100 general requests/min, 10 expensive operations/min per IP)
• Use authentication tokens securely and not share them
• Provide proper attribution when using ContentMonetiz in your applications

6. Watermarking Policy

All images processed through ContentMonetiz include watermarks for attribution and tracking. Removing, obscuring, or attempting to bypass watermarks is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Legal action for copyright infringement
• Financial penalties as applicable by law

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Data Retention: Uploaded images and generated embeddings are stored securely. You can delete your content at any time through your account dashboard.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

ContentMonetiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
